A very BIG Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas and are very thankful for the gifts we received!

Yes, we bought the biggest vehicle we could find! To quote my friend Kelly, "A's getting a tank, watch out Houston!" I kindly refer to the Suburban as "The Beast!" Here's hoping I can learn how to drive it down narrow streets, through parking garages and not do any curb checks. Ha!

Christmas Eve Cookies for Santa

Every Christmas Sam would make sugar cookies for Christmas. This year we started the tradition up again and Reese had a blast! We all did!

After each cookie, Reese would clap her hands and say, "Yay!"

She was so excited and loved making each and every shape possible.

After they cooled we decorated them with colorful icing and sprinkles.

A yummy and silly masterpiece!

Lane worked on his walking skills.

Then we tried for Christmas tree pictures (for the first time of many).

The kids got to open one gift and Reese got some new cars from Cars 2.

Later after we set out a cookie and glass of milk Santa came and left these wonderful toys while Reese and Lane were fast asleep (as Reese has been saying lately).
